Kimberly Ware with Dignity Home Health (aka ‘Bingo Kim’) has arranged a monthly blood pressure clinic. The first clinic will take place at Noon on Friday, August 27! Thanks Kim!
On August 27, 2010 Davis County Health Department will be here administering Tdap vaccinations. It’s free and open to all adults. The CDC recommends that all adults from 19 years and up be vaccinated with a newly licensed adult booster tetanus, diphtheria & pertussis vaccine. (Tdap) Pertussis affects an estimated 600,000 adults annually and may result in weeks of coughing, cracked ribs from severe coughing spells, pneumonia and other complications. There will be a brief presentation at 11:30am in the Senior Room of the Community Center, followed by vaccinations.
